The proof-of-concept short is based off a feature whose screenplay was a Sundance Development Lab second-round finalist, a Page International Script Awards Quarterfinalist, an Outstanding Screenplays Semifinalist, a Stage 32’s Diversity Initiative Top 10 Finalist, a Stage 32 Double Recommended Screenplay (Top 1%), and was in Coverfly’s Top 5% of screenplays prior to it’s extinction.
